Sign-ups sit by themselves
Rosters get rebuilt by hand in another system, usually by one volunteer at a kitchen table.
For youth recreational sports
Registration, payments, schedules, communication and your league website in one place — on the web and in apps for iOS and Android.
01 — The problem
Most volunteer-run organizations hold everything together with tools that were never meant to talk to each other. Here is what that costs.
Registration
Rosters get rebuilt by hand in another system, usually by one volunteer at a kitchen table.
Communication
A team app, a group chat, a social page and email. Families miss what mattered, and nothing is kept.
Payments
A processor for fees, a card reader at the gate, cash in an envelope, and a spreadsheet trying to reconcile all three.
Continuity
When the board changes every year, the knowledge leaves with it. New volunteers inherit logins, not answers.
02 — Platform
Web dashboards for the people running things. Apps for everyone else.
Registration
Families register and pay in one place, and the roster updates itself.
Public site
Schedules, standings and announcements publish themselves from the platform.
Access
Everyone sees what their role needs, and nothing they shouldn't.
Messaging
Every message to a team is kept and exportable, so the organization keeps its history.
Weather
The platform watches conditions at your fields and tells the families affected.
Assistant
It flags schedule conflicts before they happen and drafts the update you were going to write anyway.
03 — Who it's for
Role 01
The whole organization in one view: every sport, every staff member, and the finances behind them.
Role 02
Full control of their sport — teams, schedules and staff — without touching anyone else's.
Role 03
Rosters, attendance and team messaging. Add as many assistants as the team needs — there are no per-user fees.
Role 04
Schedules, payments and team channels for every one of their athletes, in one app.
Unlimited users, always.
Every coach, every volunteer, every family. We do not charge per seat.
04 — Child safety
Communication rules that protect minors are enforced by the system itself. There is no configuration screen where a well-meaning volunteer can turn them off.
One-on-one messaging between an adult and a minor cannot be created. Not by a coach, not by an administrator, not ever.
Any conversation involving a minor requires another adult present in it.
A parent or guardian has visibility into every channel their athlete belongs to. No request required.
The organization keeps a complete communication record it can export, for review or for its own protection.
Anyone can report any message, and it routes to the people responsible for handling it.
Built to align with the open and transparent communication standard in the U.S. Center for SafeSport Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies.
Included in every package. Never sold as an upgrade.
05 — Pricing
We want to be profitable. We do not want to be profitable on the backs of parents. So the pricing is built to stay small and stay predictable.
Organization fee
One predictable amount for the organization, not a share of your season.
Technology fee
Shown to families at checkout, per registration, with a cap. Never a percentage of what your league charges.
Assistance
Families on your financial assistance program pay no technology fee. We absorb it.
Package
For 501(c)(3) recreation councils and volunteer-run leagues.
Package
For travel clubs, camps and tournament operators.
06 — Roadmap
This is a roadmap, not a list of what is available today. Basketball is in pilot. The rest are planned, and the order can move based on what organizations need.
07 — Questions
Not on day one. Most organizations run a season in parallel, move one sport over first, and retire the old tools once families are comfortable. We help with the sequencing.
We import rosters, contacts and season history from spreadsheets or exports from your current tools, and we check it with you before anyone else sees it.
Your organization does. You can export your rosters, records and communication history at any time, including if you leave.
A commissioner invites them, they download the app and accept. Their team, roster and channels are already there. Assistants are added the same way, with no extra cost.
Younger athletes are managed through a guardian account. Where an athlete has their own access, a guardian consents to it and can see every channel the athlete is in.
Setting up an organization and opening registration is a matter of days. Getting every coach and family comfortable usually takes one season, and we stay with you through it.
08 — Demo
Tell us a little about your organization and we will walk you through the platform, answer the board's questions, and be honest about what is ready today.
